Le Ceveau – A private and elegant venue seating up to 40 guests, perfect for exclusive events or intimate dinners.No food or beverages will be provided.

Good morning, and thank you for the opportunity to provide this feedback. Please note that I am not taking the time to write this review to place anyone in trouble, but rather to highlight concerns in the interest of improving service delivery and looking at the bigger picture. Your facility is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful venues in the region. However, the quality of the facility must be matched by the level of service and responsiveness provided. I have been attempting to engage with Pont de Val for approximately two weeks regarding a venue rental. During this period, I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, yet I have not received any response or meaningful feedback. We are currently planning an event scheduled for 31 October, which includes an international jazz artist. Time is a critical factor, and the continued lack of response has placed significant pressure on our planning process. While my preference is to host the event at your venue, the ongoing delays have forced my colleagues to begin exploring alternative venues due to the absence of communication. Messages have been left with coordinators, but unfortunately no follow-up has occurred. This experience has been discouraging and has made an already time-sensitive process unnecessarily difficult. At this stage, we urgently require clarity on whether you are willing and able to assist us. A definitive response will allow us to either proceed with Pont de Val or move forward elsewhere without further delay. I look forward to your response. Kind regards, - Lefa
