VINEYARD FESTIVAL – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Vineyard Festival at Pont de Val, all attendees agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and smooth operation of the event for all participants.

1. Admission and Entry

All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry. Tickets must be purchased through the official channels.

The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with these terms and conditions or engages in any disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior.

2. Prohibited Items

No food or beverages may be brought into the festival grounds. This includes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as snacks and meals. All food and drinks must be purchased from official vendors within the venue.

Security personnel reserve the right to search bags and personal belongings upon entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

3. Cashless Environment

Please note that Pont de Val operates as a fully cashless environment.

All purchases made within the festival area (including food, drinks, and merchandise) must be made using credit/debit cards or approved digital payment methods.

No cash will be accepted on the premises.

4. Weather Policy

The Vineyard Festival is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided in the event of adverse weather conditions unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizers.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizers.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, the organizers will provide information regarding potential rescheduling or refund procedures.

6. Liability and Conduct

Attendees enter the festival grounds at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests, staff, and performers.

7. Photography and Media

By attending the Vineyard Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used by the organizers without compensation or further notice.

8. Changes to Terms

The organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be made available on the official event website and/or at the venue.
