It was my and my mom's 1st visit to Pont de Val - it was my mom's 1st ever SPA experience - and it was the best experience ever! Thank you for making my mom's dag special, with the special birthday wishes in the room. From the security at the gate to all the staff on the premises, were all friendly and helpful - even with directions to the spa and restaurant, where the food was out of this world. my mom forgot her phone there in the "phone book booth", Grace/Gladis picked up her phone when I was repeatedly phoning my mom's phone, she kept it with her at the hotel/spa until my brother came and fetched it later that evening. THANK YOU for the best SPA experience and the warm friendly, helpful staff of the whole "resort". I will recommend you to all and will revisit again! from a very happy customer, THANK YOU, you are the BEST from the EAST to the WEST! - Marna

Room took long to be prepared, which resulted us being started almost an hour and half late. The ladies were lovely and friendly. - Kefilwe

My brother and I booked a treat with the Spa for our wives. They cannot rave enough about the wonderful experience and that they both felt rejuvenated after the massage. 5 star rating - Deepak

It was a relaxing experience for both me and my partner. He got a allergic reactions the ladies was promptly wanted to assist with medication but luckily we had in the car We will gladly do it again with Sophia and her partner Unfortunately we did not take pics of the massage - Esme

It was beautiful. The spa is neat and clean, very calming and relaxing. The ladies were extra nice and very flexible. The service was totally stellar - THANDISWA
