Tapimanzi Adventures – Standard Terms & Conditions

1. Participation and Safety
1.1. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by Tapimanzi Adventures staff at all times.
1.2. Safety gear (such as helmets, life jackets) must be worn as directed for all activities.
1.3. Any participant who fails to follow safety rules or instructions may be removed from the activity without a refund.
1.4. Tapimanzi Adventures reserves the right to cancel or change any activity if safety is threatened (for example, due to weather or participant behaviour).

2. Punctuality
2.1. All participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled booking time.
2.2. Late arrivals will lead to reduced activity time, and no compensation will be provided for lost time.
2.3. In cases of extreme lateness, Tapimanzi Adventures reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund.

3. Alcohol & Substance Use
3.1. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs may participate in any activity.
3.2. Tapimanzi Adventures staff reserve the right to deny participation to anyone suspected of being intoxicated, with no refund issued.

4. Health & Physical Condition
4.1. Participants must be in good physical condition to participate in activities.
4.2. Any medical conditions or injuries must be disclosed to Tapimanzi Adventures staff before the activity starts.
4.3. Tapimanzi Adventures is not responsible for any worsening of existing injuries or medical conditions.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability
5.1. All activities are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
5.2. Tapimanzi Adventures, its staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation in activities.
5.3. By participating, you agree to release Tapimanzi Adventures from any claims or liabilities that may arise from your participation.

6. Children and Supervision
6.1. Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6.2. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's behavior and safety at all times.

7. Booking, Payment & Cancellation
7.1. Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
7.2. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
7.3. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
7.4. Activities may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances at Tapimanzi Adventures' discretion.

8. Media Consent
8.1. Tapimanzi Adventures may take photos or videos during activities for promotional purposes.
8.2. By participating, you agree to the use of such media unless you notify us in writing in advance.
