Thank you for the opportunity to review my experience at Frederic's. The service was excellent ( Cheers to GG and the kitchen /bar staff). All my guests were very complimentary about the lunch . Those who had the Sushi raved about it. Some of us had the lamb cutlets- the meat was good quality and they were perfectly prepared, The bar service was also excellent. My name is Gerhard Muller. Overall: Decent, but below expectations for the price point. Food: The pork ribs need work---taste and tenderness weren't there. Most dishes were okay rather than great. Drinks & Pricing: Long Island isn't on the menu. The team kindly made one on my side request, but I was charged R149, which feels out of line. Either add classic cocktails like Long Island to the menu with a listed price. As it stands, the value-for-money doesn't land. What to improve: Revisit the pricing model, tighten seasoning and execution (especially the ribs), and bring clarity to the cocktail offering and charges. - Lehlohonolo
