R E F U N D S

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON BOOKINGS!

A booking may be postponed at least 3 days in advance due to weather or in case of an emergency. Only a written cancellation/postponement via e-mail (bookings@bellflower.co.za) will be accepted. In the event that a booking needs to be cancelled, you will be able to reschedule your booking for up to 6 months from the date of the original booking.

S T E P S T O R E S C H E D U L E A B O O K I N G

Send an e-mail to bookings@bellflower.co.za requesting a new date for your set up. Please note, new date needs to be within 6 months of original booking date. Please book at least 1 week prior to new date.
Once your reschedule has been received, we will be in touch to confirm availability.
We will manually adjust your existing booking to the new details.

W E A T H E R

Our picnic set ups are done outdoors. In the event of poor weather, we will still go ahead with your booking.
Your set up will be done undercover indoors. We will make an alternative plan to ensure you still have a beautiful set up just in a different indoor location protected from the weather. No refunds due to rain or bad weather. You picnic set up will be changed into a restaurant table decor set up. You also have the option to reschedule your booking, booking may be postponed at least 3 days in advance due to weather.
