Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments
Full payment (or deposit, where required) is needed to secure your booking. Packages with the hotel follow both hotel and spa policies.

Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time, with the full fee still applying.

Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are charged 50%, and no-shows are charged the full amount.

No-Show
Not arriving for your appointment will result in the full treatment or package fee being charged.
