Booked in advance however on the day our treatments were delayed by an hour. Staff is generally lovely and friendly that did make up for the wait. Our massages were average the therapists could do with a little more training. Also the room was super bright, eye mask didn't help much. No warm elements, the size of the room requires pre warming, this may be an assumption but the aircon doesn't actually allow for heat. The room was therefore quite cold, warm elements like hot socks or warm oil would be a nice touch. Overall experience, 4/10. Wouldn't return or recommend - Moshibudi
